BYO soy sauce More member input: Here are some restaurant "reviews" -- based solely on Celiac issues:
Burlington
Taste (of Thia?) (very knowledgeable; good selection; we had our office party there)
Mirabelle's: (chef's salad with dressing on the side is a reliable choice)
A Single Pebble (the best in terms of knowledge and selection)
Bangkok Bistro (claimed that salmon was GF; my "gut" tells me otherwise; marinade may have contained soy sauce)
Asiana House (language barrier plus my lack of knowledge combined for a bad experience)
Sweetwaters (maitre d' didn't know anything about gluten; asked chef; came back and suggested a vegetarian entree served on bread!)
Leunig's (knowledgeable, but admitted that there was no way to avoid cross-contamination when they are busy -- "there's flour everywhere" in the kitchen)
Stone Soup (less GF than I would have expected; salad bar and rice was about it)
A few more recommendations: Kismet in Montpelier Hemingway's in Killington Bentley's in Woodstock (knowledgeable and helpful; not a lot of selection, but a good chef's salad)
